Donae Cannon is an occupational therapist and ADHD/ executive function coach. Her personal life definitely impacted her professional trajectory. She was thrown in the deep end when 2 of her 4 children were diagnosed with ADHD and she needed to learn how to support them (while having undiagnosed ADHD herself). She eventually received her own late diagnosis and this helped her put the pieces together and learn to work with her brain. She knew she wanted to help others do the same and pivoted her work as a pediatric OT to specialize in adults.
